St. Patty's Green Platter

Stop by to pick up some Halladay's Dips to give your St. Patrick's snacking a little touch of green. Dips are $3.99 each or you can buy 3 for $10.

SPRING DILL CHEESEBALL
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp butter, softened
1 Tbsp Halladay’s Harvest Barn Dilly Herb Dip
Combine all ingredients together well. Chill for at least one hour, then roll into a ball. Garnish with more dill if desired.
SPINACH ARTICHOKE CHEESEBALL
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp Halladay’s Harvest Barn Spinach Artichoke Dip
Chopped walnuts or pecans, optional
Combine all ingredients together well. Chill for at least one hour, then roll into a ball. Roll in chopped walnuts or pecans if desired.

Serve with sliced green apples, celery, sliced French bread, small clusters of grapes, small cornichon pickles. Garnish a couple edges of the plate with escarole to play up the green theme. Chopped fresh herbs such as parsley can also be used to garnish the cheeseballs. A little pot of shamrocks or a couple of green flowers can also be used as a garnish.
