Fabrics and notions you’ll need to make a scrunchie with Cuddle® minky plush fabric

These products can be substituted for whatever you have on hand, but here is what Teresa recommends for her scrunchie tutorial:

• Cuddle® or Luxe Cuddle® scraps (at least 3 ½” x 22”)
• ¼” elastic (9” for each scrunchie)
• Rotary cutter
• Long flower-head pins
• Polyester thread
• 90/14 Stretch needle
• Hand sewing needle (optional
