Congratulations to our latest grads. They have now successfully completed 3/4 of the Wilton Method courses taught at Clubb's by our own Jodi Riddle, Certified Wilton Method Instructor. We regret that Sandy Bell and her beautiful cake were not available for photos.These grads and some others waiting for the Course 4, Advanced Gum Paste Techniques, will begin that 4 week course next week.
