We live in the woods with a stream and when our children were little they would spend hours playing there. Frogs, turtles, slamanders and bugs were brought home by my son. Our daughters were amazed by the flowers, butterflies and hummingbirds on the path to the creek. This group captures the whimsical fun of a day spent outdoors with all the "critters" that little boys and girls love.[gallery link="file"]

Deltarado Days Parade

The crowd is gathering for the annual Deltarado Days Parade that will begin in minutes. Don't forget to stop by the variety store for some popcorn and a bottle of Stewart's root beer conveniently located at the sales counter in the front of the store.

Yarn Clearance

We are rebuilding the yarn department and Bev (the Yarn Lady) says this yarn has to go to make room for all the new items for Fall.  She has marked down these items to move fast, and they will.  This is a clearance and the items will not be ordered.  We have plenty of stock even for larger projects now, but it will not last long.[gallery link="file"]
